The 16 member fruit grower’s co-operatives have been grouped into 4 “pools”: Pool Meran, Pool Bozen West, Pool Bozen Süd and Pool Unterland. The goal of the individual cooperatives is to properly and efficiently manage the various steps in the production and processing of the product, such as storage, sorting and packing. Also, the cooperatives will continue to maintain direct contact with producers.
